About 6 months ago I decided to buy a Radical SR3 with zero experience of ownership. I had previously browsed the Performance Time website as they always had a good selection.
A friend who owned a Radical recommended Chris from Performance Time so I made the call.....the rest is history. Chris spent alot of time giving me information and advice about the Radical without any sales push. Chris is a full on petrol head himself so our conversations drifted into other areas of the automotive spectrum.
I decided to sell my Porsche and Chris even went out of his way to help with this! I purchased my Radical, which was amazingly well prepared, much better than I could of expected. I spoke alot with Chris as I had a billion questions about the Radical, he was always accommodating.
On my first track day Chris offered to come down to help me out and sit with me, just so I could be a bit more at ease with the car, this was a huge help. (I really can't imagine anyone else doing this)
